We maintain a comprehensive database of boat models. Simply provide us with your boat’s year and model number. If it exists in our database, we will directly provide the boat blueprint for your confirmation.
If your boat model is not in our database, please send us the boat model and dimension drawings in PDF/PLT/DXF/DWG format. If no files are available, you may scan and export using tools like Prodim Proliner or Photomodeler, or create a plastic template and mail it to us.
Customize Your Ideal Style
To match your boat’s design and reflect your taste, we offer a range of customizable options.
Color: Choose from classic neutrals (white, gray, black), marine tones (blue, teal) or custom matching (provide Pantone code).

Design Draft & Quotation
Upon receiving your layout and style preferences, we will create design sketches as soon as possible. We will also provide a detailed quotation. You may review it and request adjustments as needed (pattern placement, material thickness).
Proof Confirmation
After you approve the draft and quotation, we will send a final proof for confirmation. This ensures no discrepancies with your expectations. Production starts only after your formal confirmation, ensuring zero risk.
Production & Delivery
Upon final confirmation, we start production immediately using high-quality EVA materials (environmentally friendly, UV/wear/saltwater-resistant) and advanced CNC engraving. We can send photos/videos of key production stages (cutting, engraving) for real-time progress tracking and quality verification.
After production, strict quality inspection is conducted (checking for uneven edges, color mismatches, weak bonding). We then carefully package the flooring kit and ship via UPS, FedEx or DHL. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress at any time.
